1. Service 

 We convert customer-supplied VHS, VHS-C, MiniDV, Hi8, Video8, and film reels to digital files (MP4) and/or USB/DVD. All work is performed at our premises in South Australia.

2. Pricing 

   $20 for the first hour + $10 per additional hour (1–4 tapes) 

   $18 first hour + $10 per additional hour (5–10 tapes) 

   $15 first hour + $10 per additional hour (11+ tapes) 

   Prices include one digital copy on USB or cloud link. Extra copies available on request.

3. Customer Warranties 

   By handing over tapes you confirm: 

   • You own the tapes or have permission from the owner 

   • The content is legal under Australian law 

   • The tapes contain no child exploitation material, bestiality, non-consensual acts, or any other Refused Classification (RC) material 

   We reserve the right to refuse or stop any job and report illegal material to police immediately.

4. Tape Condition & Risk 

   Old tapes can be brittle, mouldy, or sticky. We will do our best, but we are not liable for tapes that break or have no playable picture/sound during normal transfer. There is no charge for completely blank or unplayable tapes.

5. Confidentiality 

   All content is treated as strictly private. Files are deleted from our systems within 7 days of delivery unless you request otherwise.

6. Delivery & Collection 

   Local personal delivery is Chargeable within our service area. Scheduled collection or posted return is at customer cost/risk.

7. Refunds 

   Full refund only if we are unable to produce any usable files through our own fault. No refunds once files have been successfully delivered.

8. Liability 

   Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the job.

9. Governing Law 

   These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
